9. Buying Products on Our Website

You are not required to create an account before placing an order. For your convenience, an account will be automatically created using the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to view order history, track shipments, and manage preferences.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide at checkout — including email, shipping details, and contact information — is accurate, complete, and current. VULCAN reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts where inaccurate information or misuse is suspected.

After you place an order, we will email a confirmation of receipt. Your order is accepted only once we have received full payment and confirmed product availability. Our acceptance forms a binding contract between us.

All content on the Website, including text, design elements, graphics, images, photographs, videos, logos, icons, and Trademarks (collectively "Content"), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

VULCAN grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited licence to view, print, and store the Content using a standard web browser, on the condition that you comply with these Terms and do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content without our prior written consent.

12. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees, where applicable, are governed by our Shipping Policy.

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, VULCAN is no longer responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel:

1. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.

2. Check with members of your household, neighbours, or building management.

3. Inspect surrounding areas such as the front door, lobby, mailroom, or any safe drop locations.

If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us at info@vulcan-store.com within 5 business days of the delivery scan and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Carrier claims are subject to the carrier's own time limits (typically 7–15 days from delivery) and outcomes. VULCAN is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address details.

14. Returns Policy

Returned products must comply with our Return & Refund Policy. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products in your possession and to return them in the condition received (other than to examine them).

• Products must be unworn (other than to try on), unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with original tags attached.

• Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, inside a protective shipping box.

• Any security tags must remain attached.

If returned products are not in compliance, we may deduct an amount from the refund (issued as store credit) to reflect the diminished value, up to the full price of the product(s).

You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch, and within 14 days after receiving your order ("cooling-off period"). To cancel, please email info@vulcan-store.com with your name, address, and order reference.

Returns must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued as store credit (subject to any deductions for use or damage), excluding the cost of return shipping, which remains the customer's responsibility.

15. Restrictions on Use

By using the Website, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, modify, sell, license, rent, or otherwise distribute any part of the Website or its content without our written consent, including by reverse-engineering or creating derivative works.

• Misrepresent the source, sponsorship, or affiliation of the Website by means of framing or similar techniques.

• Place an unreasonable load on the Website's infrastructure.

• Force Majeure: VULCAN is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and VULCAN.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute arising from them or your use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
